Acne affects many millions of people everywhere; it is a dreadful skin disease that causes both physical and psychological effects. Physical effects of Acne include spots and pimples, black heads and white heads and cysts, this disease could cause serious problems. Acne on the face is generally the first image that people will get of you that’s not to say that acne on the rest of your body is any less difficult to deal with. To acne sufferers this is a serious disease so the importance of acne skin care should not be taken lightly.
Acne is generally the inflammation of small oil glands on the face and chest and is usually associated with adolescence, however, this is a very broad generalization as this disease can have many causes and can affect many walks of life.

2. Drink as much water as you can, as this is a natural diuretic and flushes the body of toxins and keeps the plumbing working great. If you absolutely hate the taste (yes some think that water has taste) of water, then mix with a flavored low calorie powder mix (careful of the sugars, real or man made)
Brushing your teeth twice a day, flossing and regular checkup with your dentist can ensure your healthy teeth. But, What about sustaining them for a longer period? Food is also an important factor when it comes to your oral hygiene which may affect your overall health as well.
Studies have shown that bacteria and viruses enter the body through bleeding gums and women with unhealthy teeth and gums are more likely to give birth to premature babies.
Oily skin is not a body defect and there is no need to worry about it. Teenagers are mostly affected by it due to hormonal increase. This can cause pimples and other skin related problems but it is just another phase in life. People with dry skin are prone to get acne as well.
There is no reason for you to worry since the oils secreted in the skin glands are for your good. It helps flush out the toxins and prevent your skin from aging.
