Skin diseases could be prevented or cured by certain things which do not involve medications. Avoid consuming oily, fat or junk food which contributes to skin issues and other diseases. Maintain a balanced diet by eating healthy food especially fruits and vegetables. Consuming vegetables or fruits is recommended, since most of them do not have any kind of side effect.
Keep yourself clean, take a bath whenever you sweat and when you are exposed to the sun. Too much exposure to sunlight and air pollution would lead to skin issues.
